Raise the skill level of the community by offering online sessions against foreign players ( if the internet connection quality allows), one day send local players abroad to take part in international tournaments.
Work towards Madagascar's participation as an independent region in the Capcom Pro Tour international tournament run by Japanese publisher CAPCOM (So far, Madagascar's participation in the CPT is via GET Washed for the South Africa zone).
Work towards getting Madagascar to host the next international Street Fighter competitions in the form of Majors/Rankings/Exhibitions tournaments.
